Earn $150 in Ten Minutes Snatching Paragraphs and
Pictures from the Public Domain
The public domain describes creative works that are
no longer copyright protected and no one can be accused of plagiarism or
breach of copyright by taking work from the public domain and using it
in their own writing and other creative projects. But that doesn’t
mean you can copy another person’s work from the public domain and send
it to an editor or publisher and have them believe it’s your own work.
But there’s nothing to stop you using public domain articles, books,
photographs and other creative works as resource and research material
for your own well-paid career as a writer of fillers and other short
projects.
Fillers are short written pieces that ‘fill’ space
when a main feature falls short of the printed page in newspapers and
magazines and the writer can achieve much higher earnings per word for
fillers than writers of those near full page articles and stories.
And so you’ll find ‘five minute writers’ creating
anecdotes and jokes, mini-articles and recipes, cartoons and photographs
with captions, and sending them to editors and publishers for up to
several hundred dollars a time.
Because they’re so short it’s possible to create ten
or more fillers every day and earn more in five or six hours than most
writers of longer pieces earn in a week.
But there’s even better news for filler writers who
can cut their working hours and generate even higher earnings by turning
to a little known and easily available source of inspiration and
research material for their fillers, namely the public domain.
The reason the public domain offers such great
benefits to five minute writers is that research can consume much more
time than it takes to write those fillers which have to be accurate or
they simply won't be published. So choosing interesting material
from the public domain and checking it carefully for accuracy can cut
research time from an hour or more to less than a few minutes and leave
more time for you to grow your writing output and bank more money each
day.
The secret to earning more in less time is to take an
article or recipe from the public domain, check it for accuracy, then
rewrite it in your own words and your own unique style.
It’s easy, anyone can do it, and there’s plenty of
scope for many more people to start their own fabulous part time
hours, full time income business as a five minute writer focussing on
research material from the public domain.
